The Grape Growers of Ontario is saddened by the sudden death of John Odell on Wednesday, September 5^th.   John played an important role in the grape trucking business, and was returning home after delivering a load of grapes to the Welch’s plant in Pennsylvania, when his truck left the road south of Buffalo.   John was also a long-time volunteer firefighter in Jordan, Ontario.  He will truly be missed by the industry, and remembered by his family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of the Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King Street, on Monday, September 10^th from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 8:30 pm.  The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on September 11^th at 10:00 am.
