69th Annual General Meeting

Wednesday April 5, 2017 at 7:00 pm
Club Roma—125 Vansickle Road, St. Catharines
Voter Registration from 6:00—6:45 pm

Registration Requirements:

-      Photo ID and GGO Number
-      Has marketed grapes or late harvest juice once within the immediate past two years (2015 and/or 2016) as per GGO Regulations 2016 3(b)(iv)

Proxy Requirements:

Please advise the Board Office prior to the AGM by emailing info@grapegrowersofontario.comif you intend to appoint a proxy.

NOTE:  If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote, please designate in writing the name of the individual representing you as your proxy for purposes of voting. Attendees will not be given a voting card without written confirmation.

GROWER COMMITTEE & BOARD POSITIONS

Upon successful election to the Growers’ Committee, other than in the Districts 5 & 6 that are pre-elected at a District meeting, members will be given a biographical template which must be filled in and submitted prior to running for a Board position. The forms must be submitted to the Board Office by Friday, April 7, 2017 at 4:00 pm. This information may be used by Committee members to help in their selection for open Board of Director positions. In order to be a member of the Growers’ Committee, all members are required to sign Code of Conduct, Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest documents.
