AGCO Highlights of Recent Amendments to Regulations under the Liquor Licence Act

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is pleased to announce that following extensive stakeholder consultations, the Government has made a series of regulatory changes affecting the beverage alcohol industry. The regulations have been established under the Liquor Licence Act and impact a number of AGCO licensees, including beverage alcohol manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives, ferment-on-premise operators, liquor delivery services, liquor sales licensees, and special occasion permit holders. The regulatory changes come into effect, July 1, 2016.
